How to register for Employee Self Service.
In order to set up your Employee Self Service (ESS) Account you will first need to contact human resources to get your employee pin.  Once you have received your pin follow the steps below to register your account.

1) To access ESS type the URL https://ess2.edgefield.k12.sc.us into your web browser or click the link.

2)  Click on the register button in the top right corner.

3)  Fill out all of the information requested on the registration page and click save.  Please remember to use a secure password that only you know.  The password must be at least 6 characters in length.  When you have completed the form click the register button.

4) After you click register you will be taken back to the log in page.  A black square should pop up below the register button in the right corner telling you that a confirmation email has been sent to the email you provided on the registration form.

5)  Go to your email and open the confirmation email.  Click the confirmation link to confirm your account.

6)  Return to the login page and enter your username and password.  You should now be logged into the ESS system.
