5) Promethean pen won't work.
- make sure that your board is connected. If it isn't connected the flame will be red. (See the instructions under the Promethean FAQ category)
- make sure that your board has power. If it has power the flame in the top left corner should be lit. If it has no power check to make sure that the power brick is plugged in. It is the adapter with the Promethean logo on it.
Submit a OS ticket if:
- the Promethean board won't connect.
- the Promethean board doesn't have power.
- the Promethean board is connected but the pen still won't work.
