4) Projector won't display picture.
- Check to make sure that the projector is powered on and that the lamp is working and doesn't have a red status light.
- Check to make sure that the VGA from the projector is connected to the computer via a splitter.
- Check to make sure that the the computer/VGA input is selected using the projector remote.
- Make sure that your computer display isn't asleep.
- Press the windows and p keys and make sure that your display is set to duplicate or extended mode.
Submit a OS ticket if:
- the projector has power but the lamp isn't working and has a red status light.
- the projector is connected to the computer and the right input is selected and you still don't have a picture.
- Check to make sure that the VGA from the projector is connected to the computer via a splitter.
