Frequently Asked Questions

1) Computer doesn't have any power.
-  Check power cable and make sure it is plugged in to the computer and to the outlet or surge protector.
-  Check surge protector and make sure it is switched on.

Submit a OS ticket if:
- the surge protector is on and and the computer is plugged in submit a OS ticket for technology.  
- the surge protector has no power and the outlet appears to be dead submit a OS ticket for maintenance.
